How can massage help?
Chiropractors do an amazing job at rebalancing and realigning to restore nerve function by using small adjustments. However, we can sometimes feel still and have pain from muscular tension.
Professional massage can relieve these muscle spasms and tight muscles using a variety of techniques. Targeting both issues through massage and chiropractic can greatly reduce your recovery time and keep you on your wellness journey.
Your Chiropractor will team you up with the right massage therapist to ensure that you get the best possible combination of treatment for your personal journey.

Michael
An interest in holistic therapy began through studying a traditional Japanese martial art. Most traditional arts encompass an element of healing which led me to study Anma (Japanese massage) 8 years ago, the precursor to Shiatsu. This brought me to studying Sports Massage over 2 years ago to gain new techniques and to focus full time as a manual therapist.
