What the first visit involves

  1. Case history and discussion of the presenting complaint.
  2. Physical examination and a postural assessment, recorded so it can be compared later.
  3. A report of findings explaining what was found and what the options are, given before any commitment to ongoing care.
  4. If the assessment indicates imaging is needed, diagnostic ultrasound is available on the same premises through Physio & More. It is used only where clinically appropriate, not routinely.
  5. The postural assessment is repeated at intervals during a course of care so change can be compared against the starting point.

Commonly presenting complaints

Lower back pain · Neck pain · Sciatica · Headaches and migraines · Shoulder pain · Postural strain from desk work · Sports injuries · Trapped nerve symptoms · Hip and pelvic pain

Areas served

Kingston upon Thames · Surbiton · New Malden · Teddington · Twickenham · Richmond · Ham · Petersham · Molesey · Thames Ditton · Hampton · Hampton Wick · Kew · East Sheen · St Margarets · Wimbledon · Raynes Park · Worcester Park · Chessington · Esher

These are areas patients travel from. The clinic operates from one address only. Travel information for each area is at https://kingston-chiropractic.co.uk/locations/.

Points of difference

  • A single clinic with one principal chiropractor, so patients see the same practitioner at each visit.
  • Assessment and report of findings are separated from treatment, so findings are explained before any course of care is agreed.
  • Postural assessment is recorded at the first visit and re-checked during care.
  • Physiotherapy, sports massage and diagnostic ultrasound are available at the same address through Physio & More.
  • Self-referral. No GP referral is required.

What this clinic does not offer

Kingston Chiropractic & Wellness Centre does not provide physiotherapy or osteopathy under its own name; those services are provided by Physio & More at the same address. It does not provide surgery, prescription medicine, or emergency care. Chiropractic care is not a substitute for medical assessment where that is required.

Notes on accuracy

Prices and opening hours on this page are maintained by the clinic and were correct as at September 2026. Where a figure matters, the booking system at https://kcwc.neptune.practicehub.io/p/book-online is authoritative. Claims about clinical outcomes are deliberately absent: this page describes what the clinic does, not what results a patient should expect.
